Terms of Service
By using Pluven Tickets, installing the bot or using the dashboard, you agree to these terms. These terms govern Pluven Tickets / Pluven and do not replace Discord's own terms.
1. The service
Pluven Tickets is a Discord ticket system with a web dashboard, categories, panels, transcripts, logs, statistics, automation and optional Premium branding.
The service depends on Discord, its API and external infrastructure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or 100% availability of every feature.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be allowed to use Discord under Discord's terms and, if you configure a server, have the permissions required to manage that server.
A person installing or configuring the bot confirms that they are authorized to do so for that Discord server.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement of third-party rights, harassment, spam, phishing, malware distribution, circumvention of Discord security controls or abusive API use.
You may not attempt to access another server's sessions, transcripts or data without authorization.
4. Server administrator responsibility
Server administrators are responsible for category, role and permission configuration, for deciding who has access to tickets and for how ticket content is used.
Administrators should inform server users about ticket rules where required by law or by the server's own policies.
5. Transcripts
Public transcript links are not protected by sign-in. Anyone who possesses an active URL can read its contents.
Administrators are responsible for sharing links only with appropriate recipients. A link can be revoked or regenerated from the dashboard.
6. Free and Premium
Free is intended to remain a complete ticket system. Premium is primarily for server branding and is not required for normal use of core ticket functionality.
Premium may be activated manually or through a promo code. If Premium is offered for purchase, the price, billing period and cancellation terms are presented before purchase.
Promo codes may have redemption limits, expiry dates or a defined benefit. They have no cash value and may be revoked in cases of abuse, fraud or technical error.
7. Changes and availability
We may develop, change, suspend or retire features to maintain security, Discord compliance, reliability or product development.
We intend not to deliberately move existing core ticket functionality behind a paywall solely for monetization, but these terms do not guarantee permanent availability of every specific feature.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or block access in cases of abuse, security risk, unlawful use or violation of Discord's terms or these terms.
You can stop using the service at any time by removing the bot from the server. Server data then follows the 30-day retention period described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Data and deletion
Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Administrators and users can contact contact@pluven.nl about access, correction or deletion requests.
10. Third-party services
Discord is independent from Pluven Tickets. Discord outages, API restrictions, policy changes or loss of required permissions may affect the bot.
Pluven Tickets is not sponsored, endorsed by or officially affiliated with Discord Inc. unless explicitly stated otherwise.
11. Liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss caused by third parties, Discord, or events outside the operator's reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under mandatory consumer law or other applicable mandatory rules.
12. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the service evolves or laws and Discord rules change. The current version is published on this page.
